The results of the All-Russian Olympiad for students «I am a professional» have been summed up in Moscow. More than 3800 students from 70 Russian regions became diploma winners.
Within the framework of the Smart Weeks project, on the basis of the branch, on June 23, 2021, public lectures were held by two speakers: Evgeny Tyurikov — President of the World Organization of Spils Maps, Head of Spils / Art Gallery. At the very beginning of the current academic year one of the long-standing partners of the NArFU branch in Severodvinsk — JSC SPO Arktika — announced a competition among the students of Sevmashvtuz. The competition involved the implementation of design and research work in several areas of activity. And just recently the results of the competition were summed up, the winners were determined and awarded. The awarding ceremony took place at a meeting of the Academic Council of Sevmashvtuz.

From 22 to 25 June in Arkhangelsk, the qualifying championship of the Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M.v. Lomonosov was held in accordance with World Skills standards. In the championship our branch in two competencies was represented by third-year students of the Institute of Shipbuilding of Marine and Arctic Engineering (Sevmashvtuz), training direction 09.03.01 «Informatics and Computer Engineering».
June 2021 is full of scientific events for young people. On June 15–20, the International Congress of Social Sciences (ICASS X) was held, one of the organizers of which was the Northern (Arctic) Federal University. On June 23–25, the 1st Summer Youth Scientific School of Social Sciences named after Academician M. K. Gorshkov «Problems of Social Inequality and Social Adaptation», organized by the Vologda Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences, took place.

This year the competition was held in the jubilee, 10th time. Students had to make a cut for the title of «Best Graduate»: a total of 104 applications were submitted for the competition. Among the applicants, the jury of the competition chose 70 students in seven areas: student-science, student- leader, student-activist, student-volunteer, student-art, student-education and student-sports.
