Northern (Arctic) Federal University invites international students to take part in the spring semester program «Diverse Arctic: Local Challenges — Global Changes» starting from February 2016. This interdisciplinary English-taught program is constituted of four compulsory courses which give insights into societies, politics, history and cultures of the Arctic with special focus on the Russian North.
