The 5th All-Russian scientific conference of students and schoolchildren (with international participation) "Actual Problems of Social Development. Philosophical and Sociological research" took place in NArFU.

The 5th All-Russian scientific conference of students and schoolchildren (with international participation) "Actual Problems of Social Development. Philosophical and Sociological research" was held by videoconference at the Higher School of Social Sciences, Humanities and International Communication. It took place on the basis of Philosophy and Sociology Department on April 16-17. Together with NArFU students, 40 people from 15 regions of Russia, as well as from Uzbekistan, attended the conference.

Practice-oriented online seminar organized by the Oxford Russia Fund

Teachers of the Department of English Philology, Nordic Languages and Language Pedagogy of NArFU participated actively in a practice-oriented online seminar organized within the framework of the Oxford Russia Fund project "Modern British Literature in Russian Universities". The seminar was held on April 10, 2021 and gathered more than 80 teachers from Vladivostok to the Crimea.

Good teamwork in Smart City online hackathon, organized with the support Kolarctic-funded project Disruptive Information Technologies for Barents Euro-Arctic Region, landed two Information Systems and Technologies majors at NArFU Higher School of Information Technologies and Automated Systems, Artem Anashchenko and Dmitry Khozyainov, the opportunity to do an online internship at IT company BETA, a member of Russia’s software developer group RUSSOFT.
