The purpose of the conference is to summarize the developments, to advance the scientific issues of psychological support and psychological support of professional activity in extreme conditions; further conceptualization in the sphere of human interaction with the environment and factors of his work activity; discussion of modern approaches to the concept of extreme work, taking into account the poly-factorial negative impact of the environment on staff and total innovation.

The International Scientific and Practical Conference opens up opportunities for creative and scientific cooperation, the development of joint scientific and practical projects, the formation of public opinion on the stated problem.

The results of both fundamental research and applied research conducted in real or experimentally simulated conditions aimed at optimizing the work activities of individual workers, working teams or organizations in general are welcomed.

The main directions of the conference

1. Personality in the extreme conditions of professional activity.

2. Problems of psychological preparation of the individual for extreme activities.

3. Professional and psychological selection of specialists for professions of extreme profile.

4. Personal security in extreme conditions of activity.

5. Psychological support of labor in the Arctic.

6. Psychological support of the activities of professionals of extreme professions in emergency situations.

7. Prevention and correction of socio-psychological and personal deviations among workers of professions of extreme profile.

8. Professional destructions of personality.

9. Risks in professional activities.

10. Traditional types of labor of the indigenous population of the North and Arctic.

11. Daily stress: differential psychological and regional aspects.

The sections will be formed after accepting applications and presented in the conference program.

As part of the work of each section, a “Contest of Young Scientists” is planned for the best scientific poster report.

Official languages of the conference: Russian, English.

According to the results of the conference, a collection of conference materials will be published at the II International Scientific-Practical Conference "Psychology of Extreme Professions" (ISPCPEP 2019), which will be held in Arkhangelsk, Russia on June 27-29, 2019, indexed in the Web of Science http://atlantis-press.com/proceedings/all

Applications for participation in the conference and extended annotations of the article are accepted until March 17, 2019.

Within 7 days, members of the conference organizing committee will check the compliance of the proposed report with the conference topics. After that, the requirements for writing full-text articles will be sent.
