Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov is pleased to announce that 21 quota study places will be offered for graduate and postgraduate students in academic year 2015/2016 in compliance with the results of the public competition held by the Ministry of Education Science of Russia. Over 130 Russian institutions of higher education applied to participate in the Quota Scholarship Programme, while only 46 of them were approved.
This year quota study places are allocated to specific countries depending on each university’s priorities of the international cooperation development and established partnerships. Thus, international students from the Arctic countries such as Norway, Finland, Denmark, and the USA are particularly welcome to apply for NArFU’s Quota Scholarship. Candidates from Germany, China, Vietnam, Serbia, Poland, Czech Republic and others can also participate in the selection process.
NArFU offers a wide range of educational programmes taught in Russian and English including short-term semester courses, scientific and research internships as well as international Summer schools. Candidates are also welcome to apply for full-time Master’s and PhD programmes.
