    The objective of the report is to provide the construction industry with guidance on the state-of -the-art methods and equipment available for deconstruction and decommissioning. The methods included in this report are those that have been routinely used in demolishing of concrete structures or demonstrated in field tests. These methods include controlled blassting, mechanical and abrasive methods.
